I just wanted to thank you for my cooking lessons. I learned so many useful tips that have improved my cooking, added new items to my meal rotations and streamlined my prep time. I used to feel overwhelmed in the kitchen and hated to cook. I’m now feeling confident and I’ve actually started to experiment with different ingredients- ingredients I never would have thought to use before. The tips for prepping in advance have made my time in the kitchen much more efficient. It’s hard to believe that a few simple tips and strategy changes can save so much time and relieved some of my stress.

You have made such a difference in how I now approach my week. Having a busy career and taking care of three children, I always felt overwhelmed and pushed to the limit, when I would get home from work and had to start making dinner. Now, I feel so ahead of the game. You have taught me so many valuable tips and ways to prepare for the busy week ahead of me.
